Abount the Author

Dr. Diego Olivieri He graduated magna cum laude in Dentistry and Prosthodontics in Ancona in 2002. He was awarded a second level Master degree in Periodontology and Implantology at the Polytechnic University of the Marche in 2012. Post Graduate in Implant Prosthodontics at the San Raffaele Dental School in Milan in 2016. Ordinary member of SidP. Formerly freelancer for Ghimas Italia for guided implant surgery. Owner of a dental office in Ancona, where he practises General Dentistry, with a particular focus on Prevention and Minimally Invasive Treatments. Marcello Tiberi lives and works in Pescara. He obtained his diploma at the “Dino Ugo di Marzio” Institute in Pescara in 1976. He attended many courses and seminars on full prosthesis given by experts of different schools of thought. Over the years he has followed and examined in depth the teachings of Prof. Gino Passamonti. Since 1985 has been actively collaborating with Alberto Olivieri. He is co-owner of the Dental Laboratory L.O.R. in Pescara, where he devotes himself mainly to the fabrication of full prostheses. Alberto Olivieri improved his knowledge on occlusion, full prosthesis and implant-supported overdenture through his cooperation with some of the greatest experts of the field in Europe and in the U.S.A. During his career as a dental technician, he gave lectures and reports on more than four hundred occasions both at national and at international level. He is the author of many publications on Italian and foreign specialized journals. He contributed to the design of posterior teeth shapes for full prosthesis that today are available on the international market. Since 2002 he has been Professor of Full prosthesis at the post-graduate course in prosthodontics of the Università degli studi G. D’Annunzio in Chieti. He is a member of A.P.C. (Academy of Full Prosthesis), in the framework of which, together with a group of colleague dental technicians and some dentists, he promotes research concerning occlusion and the materials used in full prostheses, in cooperation with several Italian Universities. He was a founding member of A.I.T.L.O. and A.N.T.L.O. and he is a member of A.d.B., SICED, A.P.C., A.I.O.P. and O.d.M. Alberto Olivieri was born in Ancona, where he still lives and works.
